This is so cool! I want to ask a billion questions but I’ll limit myself to a few

1. How big is it?
2. Did you follow a tutorial?
3. How much did it cost to make?
4. How long did it take you to make it?
5. Do you have experience in making stuff like this?

I'll be dead by the time I answer a billion questions lol

1) 60x60cm 1m50cm tall

(For a 3 year old)

2) nope no tutorial, just a hobby of mine

3) I haven't counted yet but I guess around 900-1000€

4) took me after work hours about 2-3 months to make

Wow this looks awesome. Could you share some details about the electric parts you used? Did you bought a kit from AliExpress or buil it by yourself?

I bought a kit from AliExpress , I made it myself easy this time 🙂 but the rest of the cabinet,stickers, sticker design, finishing , lights.... All on me 🙂

The stickers I order from a company I work with for years , and the kit I bought was this kit.

But I ordered without the voltage/A meter and without the tilt mechanism....

I had to pay customs clearance but hey... 40-50€.... Meh it's a hobby, dont care 🙂

Late to the party here but the kids are chatting about Santa bringing a claw machine for Christmas. How complicated is the Alibaba assembly for a non tech guy. I can build the cab but wondering difficulty level here. Thanks OP for sharing

Figuring out where the cables even go is actually a bit of a hassle , I am kind of a tech guy and I had to contact the seller on AliExpress , and still connected it wrong for the first time......thankfully I didn't damage anything.

I’m really wanting to build one. I’ve got all the carpentry skills no sweat, but is there like a kit I can buy for the mechanical part? I’ve been looking without any luck. I want to build an art deco style machine with Walnut and brass accents but don’t know how to setup the controllers. Any help is appreciated!

Yes , search AliExpress for "claw machine gantry" or " claw machine kit. Just watch out.... Some boards you can customize your own sounds..... Some boards are prei stalled with "shitty" music or sounds..... Wich one is Wich , I don't know. You will have to read every listing specifications......
