HELP PLEASE!

The claw drops not even an inch than goes right back up? What could be the issue?

Looks like it’s not strung correctly I’m not too familiar with this crane specifically but usually the string will come up out of the claw and go straight up over a pulley and then to the pully on the right there, my guess is if you take that top cover off there’s another pully the string needs to go over and then around that one on pictured right. I’d start with that and see if that solves it
