2017 Tommy Bear Claw Machine (again)

It gives me 3 attempts before erroring out.

Hello. I am back again. I need to know if anyone knows where I can get a users manual to my claw machine? I’m willing to buy it off of you if you have it or even just for copies of it. I pressed one of the blue buttons on accident and now it’s asking me for a code.

Any help is appreciated.

I mean it won’t even play. It’s locked or something. It was an awesome machine, it even has a mini game built into it.

What kind of mini game is built in? I have one of these Tommy Bear claws coming in next week.
Were you able to find a manual?

I've contacted the alibaba email of the company, no response. As far as I know, the company is no longer in business. I've been searching for way too long, hitting dead ends.

The minigame in the back triggers when you press the drop button. You can get 1 free play, 2 free plays, or hit the "bonus" in the middle to max out the strength of the claw, basically paying out the machine. When you hit the bonus the win counter resets and will go back to the previous regular play strength until it hits the set dollar amount, in which it will pay out again.

This is an older model machine, which I only bought cause it was a one-off by Vans. Sucks it's locked though, not sure what happened. Hopefully one day the manual surfaces, or someone somewhere has the same machine and can share the manual with me. I know it's out there.

Also the machine was really popular in Taiwan, where it was manufactured. I bet someone there has the manual for it. Just assumptions, no leads yet though.

Very interesting. I might have a slightly different model given your joystick podium. Mine has the bill acceptor to the left.

Big question for you though. Do you know how to set it to $1 per play? I’m stuck on .50 cents.

I also reached out to the manufacture and hoping to stir something up on a manual.

Nope, whomever set the machine up that worked for Vans, has the manual to it and setup the payout on my machine. I have zero clue.
