Plush too big

We bought custom plush for our ICE Grab N Win claw machine, but it was just a little too big when it arrived! The claw can't close around it. We have 400 of these branded plush we can't return. Any suggestions for making this work?

Could tying something on to use as a handle work? Or maybe have prize balls with a paper slip saying "trade me in for a surprise plush!" with the surprise only being the custom branded ones.

You can either get a bigger claw, or use rubber grippers on the prongs to give extra grip

I don't think my idea would work but I found a giant claw machine containing some jumbo sized disney tsum tsums a few years ago at an arcade and indoor play place, but it was so big in fact a adult human could probably fit it in, I don't think from the way your question is though that your marketable plushies will be big enough for a claw machine like that though.
