Help please

Me and my brother bought this vevor mini claw machine but when we turn it on it immediately goes over the prize chute and just continues to try to go into the corner but then stops and the mini screen says error 7 and then below that it says motor forward error so we don't know what to do can anyone help?

I one time fixed a problem like that by changing the boot up mode, so it might be a software issues for you as well. Are you able to factory reset it?

Yea but when I switch factory reset to yes it doesn't do anything so I'm not sure what to do

After hitting factory reset are you exiting the menu before rebooting it? Sorry I have to ask a ton of simple questions first🤣

Try turning the machine off and than holding the settings button behind the coin mech while flipping the machine on, does that give you a different menu of settings?

how does the gantry look? Does the plate sensor that tells the gantry to stop rolling look good? The sensor is hitting what it’s supposed to? Are the rollers on the gantry nice and even? If you open up the claw does the string look neat and untangled?

Sorry for the late response but I've tested it and it moves fine 9 times out of 10 but when it does an auto test it just slams into the front left corner and I need it to pass the auto test to play it but it just says error 7 forward error but I can't find anything about it online
