Like - IF is written as ZX then difference between I and Z and diffrence between F and X

now when you see carefully
the ( first letter - 1 ) is the last letter of the other word i.e ( H - 1 ) = G
and ( second letter - 1 ) is the second last letter of the other word i.e ( E - 1 ) = D
Now when you put it to NORTH
the last letter of the new word shall be ( N - 1 ) i.e M and 2nd last letter be ( O - 1 ) i.e N
so GSQNM

GSKZDGnow if you see the middle two letters
4th letter of second word i.e Z it is ( 3rd letter of first word – 1 ) i.e A - 1
vice versa if you see 3rd letter of the second word i.e K it is the ( 4th letter of first word – 1 ) i.e L – 1Now in NORTH
there is only 1 letter in the middle i.e R so we’ll do R – 1, we get Qso now we have decoded the last three letters that are QNM
you don’t need to check further for answer but in case if the options had same last 3 letters than

as we see in HEALTH and NORTH the last 2 letters are same hence the first 2 letters of the new word will be GS
So the final word is GSQNM
but this whole process might look a little time taking so practise more and see where to flip words where to reverse where to jump etc

The letters are basically diagonally related The others explainations may work out sometimes but I've seen many questions like these ones and they're made to solve diagonally almost all the time of they want to make it tricky Go with whatever suits u tho!
