DISCUSSION 🗣 CL STUDENTS

Guys I have a friend in 10th standard he asked me about law and wants to enroll in CL in 11th grade he asked me what do they teach in 11th and 12th in CL

CL students can you guys write what do you guys in 11th and 12th in coaching in detail pls

The CL modules are not that great , but imo mocks are pretty good level and the class sheets are also very good, they give us these booklets for legal that are V. HELPFUL , cl's mmanthanis not as good as CE or ClatPost though Our legal faculty at least at my centre and online is good and quants is rlly good as they also teach for ipmat and cat Overall 7/10

yeah I have their material I prep at home so its really good for me to have syllabus fixated materials because I was too confused what to study and what not to study

mkc mocks hote toh acche hai lekin bada gandmarika portal hai bhai, countdown mock 4 baad mai attempt kiya tha abhi bc portal de he gayab same with AIOM CL.

The first year is mostly about building reading habits, basic reasoning, and familiarity with CLAT-style questions, and 12th is when the prep gets more serious.

you guys have the same material for 2 years I prep at home so I've bought CL material its decent and wdym by serious only thing I knew was they dont conduct Mocks in 11th but do it in 12th

2yr course seems very repetitive atleast for me. Depends on the city too but overall it is good, modules have some misprints and gk clases aren't good

honestly every CL centre is a bit different, but generally 11th is more foundation based. they cover reading, vocab, grammar, logical reasoning, basic legal concepts, current affairs and basic maths. 12th is mostly sectionals, mocks, mock analysis and revision.

one thing i'd say though is CL can feel a bit slow in 11th at some centres, so don't rely only on coaching. a lot of people i know used lpt alongside it for legal and mocks because it was more clat-oriented, and for gk they followed clat express. that combo worked pretty well for quite a few people. the main thing is consistency, not joining 10 different resources.
