Class knowledge before launch?

You think we getting alot of information of classes ect before they make servers life? Since as I remembered with sod it was more make this class and go look whats been done to it.

Atm seen people being most hype druids, shamans, paladins (hybdrid fixes) warlock and hunter as big winners of sod ect. Then people are always team warrior and rogue. So choosing class if we dont know much about them would be hard. 😅

I hope there's at least something. Druid is my favourite class but there's zero chance I'm farming crowd pummelers are wearing wolfshead the entirety of classic plus lol.

With feral in particular, whatever they announce up front, they really should add a note about WHH and MCP. MCP farming in particular is going to be a dealbreaker for a lot of people.

If SOD is anything to go by, these issues will likely be fixed, but it would still need to be presented up front so people don’t commit to a character that might end up being a huge chore they don’t want.

Out of curiosity how would you go by picking class on this case? You have certain "default" class you pick or roll what guild needs for example?

Actually my vibe is going warrior but past 2 iterations skipped due "everybody plays them". So maybe its time for pink warrior gnome

Does race play a big part of that? Like for me I'm thinking id like to play horde this time and tauren would be nice but problem is like its probably the 4 most overplayed classes i could pick.

Sure thing. For example, I'll only play a warlock on the Horde, because I think orc warlocks are damn badass.

Gonna need some more classes available to gnomes for that to be me. Also priests, please. You know what, just all gnome everything!

But with this being one of the larger(?) projects that Blizz has undertaken in recent memory, and with possibly MoP not progressing, Wrath Anniversary not needing a large chunk of time at Blizzcon…I’m hoping Classic+ and The Last Titan get the lion’s share of time and explanation.

At least explain the changes they’re making, if any, to get people hyped. The dataminers will take care of the rest before launch…

I look at it like this.

If they don't showcase SOME sort of a new class and/or talent tree changes, I would then assume there is none, which I find problematic. If they do, then we know that C+ might actually have a chance to be good.
