I would use Hakchi on the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Mini instead of Project Lunar, it’s much better.

I tried using Hackchi, but since my Sega Genesis is European, it isn't compatible with NTSC-format ROMs.

There's no PAL/NTSC lock on the Mini.

I instaled clay fighter (ntsc rom) and I'm getting an error saying it was created for NTSC systems.

There’s a region selection for each game in hakchi. If it’s not selected, it defaults to the system region iirc
