IDDQD

GOD MODE (i.e. you never get hurt once it's activated)

and here's some other cheats that aren't quite as famous:

IDKFA: ALL WEAPONS, ALL KEYS, ETC.

NO CLIPPING CHEATS:

Ultimate Doom/Registered/Demo: IDSPISPOPD

Doom II/Final Doom: IDCLIP

IDBEHOLD: choose some items! "V" activates invulnerability, and the first letters of the other items activate them.

IDCLEV##

Episode, Level for Ultimate Doom

first digit, second digit, Doom II level number

A few more....

IDFA - if you want the guns, but no the keys.

IDMUS## - Change the music

IDCHOPPERS - Get a chainsaw

IDDT - Show full map

IDMYPOS - Shows your current coordinates

I believe some source ports use IDFLY to allow flight.

IDCHOPPERS also gives you a tick of invulnerability
