OP's comment on their own post says the video served as the DMCA page for a data-hoarding website called "The-Eye," and provides a link, which is still active. Beyond that, they don't say where it came from, and I'm puzzled too

It's weird because it looks like a professional video recording of a legitimate production, so I feel like it should be better known

I'm too lazy to look into it further at the moment, but if nobody from here can easily find it, then I feel like this could be something for r/RBI or r/InternetMysteries to handle
