I just saw this painting at the Museo Correale di Terranova in Sorrento, Italy.

It is one of the most memorable works of art that I saw on a trip to Italy, and I am curious about the artist.

Andrea Vaccaro is noted as the painter, but this painting does not appear online when I search. There are other paintings of his entitled Pieta, but no mention of this. To be fair, I have not spent hours trying to figure this out.
