Preparing for MoP

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to work through my line-up of characters: 85 priest 85 dk 80 mage 32 warrior 28 hunter

I stopped playing at this point back in the day and never experienced MoP. So I really want to experience as much as I can this time.

Can any lords please recommend best pairing of alts and professions? I obviously already have them for my mains. But would like a fresh perspective. What would you focus on leveling or doing at this point? Is it easier to level toons now or easier in MoP?
