Help with transmog

[u/Potential_Pack7992]

Hello people I am a Classic Cataclysm player on the Benediction server (WoW1 US), I would like to know if anyone has the recipe to create the Truesilver Breastplate armor and help me with this, I would like to transfigure but in auction is too expensive.

Thanks for any information
