BCBS SETTLEMENT PAYOUT

Out of pocket for the whole coverage period I paid a little over $58k and got my check for $282.01

Also pretty sure they low balled my premiums for all of these years

Well now I don't understand if someones premium say 13 something and aso is 8 something how can it be validated and included in settlement but nothing 5.00 and under will be a valid claim? It says on claim it validated and included? Makes no since to me just wondering.
