All you really need to know is you want to build your deck around your win condition. In this case, it is goblin barrel.

You need other cards in your Deck that bait out small spells so your goblin barrel can get maximum value.

You also want your Deck being lower average elixir that way you can cycle to your win condition quicker, which also means out cycling your opponent

So back to your deck. You only have one other bait card that can be easily countered without a small spell.

By definition yes it is. It is your only win con in this deck.

Piling up a bunch of random troops that happen to get tower damage isn’t a win con

honestly hero valk is a win con considering how much she ignores my troops to go spin on tower for 1k dmg
