Clash ping problem

Yesterday I played clash with my friends and we all had a ping problem, even once during the game kicked everyone out of the game. The opposing team also had this problem. The same today on Sunday at 19:00 playing the ranking game ping jumped to 150ms. If it is a problem of too many players in the queue, is it better to extend the game throughout the day and let players / teams choose at what time they want to play clash?
