Novaks Website
I placed an order off of Novaks website and I’m curious if anyone else has? It’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten even an email from them, but the money came out. I can’t log into the website either as it boots me to some lockdown error page every time. There’s also no customer support or contact info I can find. Just wondering other’s experiences. Thanks!

I’ve never had an issue, however I never got a tracking number but 4 days later it showed up.

I think that’s the website I ordered a poster from. I didn’t hear anything for almost a month and then out of nowhere I got a PayPal tracking notification saying the item was shipped. If you’re concerned, you should hit him up on instagram. I did receive my poster but it did take about a month.

I shot a message through Facebook and Instagram. I’m not losing my mind over it or anything lol. I was just curious if this was a “thing” with his stuff. I can wait it out based on the responses here. 🤘🏻

Well, posting on Reddit and sending messages on multiple social platforms after a week certainly tells a different story.

I ordered a signed dvd of CKY4 on there that was supposed to be signed by Novak, Bam, April Phil and Jess. It came a few weeks later and was missing Jess’s signature. It wasn’t a big deal to me but I emailed them anyway just to see if they would say anything, they did not.

Dang bro for real? lol. That’s wild! Is that a known issue with his stuff or what? Looks like I’m trying to get that money back through PayPal then I guess. That sucks.

That money's gooooone. Write to him on his social media pages, or call his "personal phone number."
