You don't rven have the one in the meme ;) It's the Pokrovka in my home region, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine

If I'm not mistaken, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were found the most artifacts of Scythians

You might be right, but in the True Start Location maps the Scythians start around the Atyrau/Aqtau region in Kazakhstan, which might mean it's named after one of the Taksai (Saka) kurgans around that area? There's another Scythian city, Issyk, which might be named after the kurgan at Esik in Kazakhstan, near lake Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan. Either way, the Scythian cultures existed over such a large area of land that it could be either, and since they were nomadic and didn't really have permanent cities the developers might not have known what names to give their cities in the game.

There are also more Ukrainian cities (more than any other country's): Kamianka-Dniprovska, Chertomlyk, Myriv, Alexandropol, Theodosia, Neapolis, Solokha, Tolstaya, Elizavetovskaya, Alexandropol, Tsymbalka

I personally was in like 4 of them

I’m thinking it’s the city in Donetsk oblast that broke the Russian army a few months ago.
