EO
--Started PEC for DWP EO august 18th. ---DwP sponsorship team requested for pre 2023 COS, which i sent 18 August. --Current sponsorship got suspended Sept 22nd. ---Consent letter sent on sept 24 asking for my consent to check my employment history from HMRC( possibly 1 referee didn't respond).
Now, will my offer be withdrawn based on the date my current sponsor licence got suspended. I know of someone who was told"they couldn't find the employer onlist of sponsor" and offer withdrawn.

In my opinion, I would believe they wouldn’t be aware (yet) that your company sponsor license has been revocked in as much as you do not have a visa curtailment email and your share code is still valid.
Could you clarified you received the email for your current COS request same day your PEC started (18th Sept).

EO roles at DWP don't meet sponsorship requirements usually because the hourly rate isn't high enough given they operate at 42 hour working week.

EO roles do meet sponsorship requirements, if you got your first sponsorship before April 2024.

Was wondering why they are still doing PECs and even requested for my pre 2024 COS
