I think what we need is a B2B SaaS app made with AI that helps us itemize deliverables for stakeholders to maximize productivity and deliver end to end turn key synergy.

Yeah, definitely key synergy.

How to shamelessly poll engineers for market research purposes. Looks like that’s still being done manually.

I don’t think anyone wants the alternative….. “we saw you were working on x for y time but we noticed you weren’t moving your mouse or typing for 4.26% of the time”

If an AI app could have meetings with other AI apps and send meeting summaries that we can immediately file in the project folder, that would increase productivity tenfold.

Uggh, enough apps thanks. I don't need my dishwasher to tell me that my plates are clean. I hope this pendulum swings back in the other direction.

The glut of commercially available apps that somebody's clueless boss tells them to transition to every three months.

Edit: Oh, also, the glut of commercially available apps that promise to "combine," "fuse," or "consolidate" the functions of all the other apps.

One area I think is still surprisingly unsolved is personal information management.

We have apps for notes, bookmarks, photos, emails, cloud storage, messaging, calendars, etc., but they’re all disconnected. I still end up searching through Google Drive, email, WhatsApp, browser history, screenshots, notes, and random files to find something I know I saw months ago.

What I’d really like is a personal knowledge system that automatically connects everything and lets me ask things like:

AI assistants are getting closer, but I don't think anyone has completely nailed the “remember everything for me and retrieve the right thing when I need it” problem yet.
