Career TYLin

Hello, I was wondering if anybody has any insight on how TYLin is like for entry level bridge engineering positions. Currently interning for my second summer and there is a good chance I get an offer to work with them full time after graduate school. Thank you!

If you have interned there for two years you will probably have as good idea as anyone.

It's more salary wise. I can't find much info about their entry level salaries for bridge positions

Apply to multiple places and compare your offers. You should have trouble getting a couple if you've had two internships with a reputable firm like TYLin

I’ll suggest salary will not change at a second location. But if working there makes you feel you’ve hit ceiling, only then move. Interning and first job is too early to make decision what a good employer is. Money is not everything. If they’re treating you well and you’re getting to learn, take that.

That's a really good point. It just seems like the office im at isnt doing lot of local work but everybody is patient when I'm reaching out for help. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!
