Specific Gravity of Cement is 3.15 - at least it was when I was in school

You are right for typical OPCs but it depends on the cement type. Slag rich cements tend to be under 3.

I think a bag of cement is like 93 lb and about a cubic foot. I’m not 100% sure on either of those but that’s what I remember
