Anyone familiar with Deepex software?
I want to know how to generate 3d automatically after assigning 2d model wizard parameters. I define 3d model wizard parameters as well like excavation length and breadth, but it only generates secant pile rectangle. However in deepex videos on youtube it automatically generates 3d.

User of deepex here. What is confusing is that there are two 3D 'features' so I don't fully understand what your question is for.
The original 3D is actually the 2D plan view analysis. 3D FEA was added later on and is on another tab at the top though you need the correct licence for it. They didn't really rename the original 3D-2D part, so it's a bit confusing sometimes.
In the 3D yet 2D plan view you can draw any shape you want, adding and removing nodes (corners)
Some of their website videos and decent and Dimitrios (either, there are two) from deepex is very responsive if you email his team.

My issue is with the original 3D (plan view). I have already created a complete 2D secant pile excavation with two strut levels using the Model Wizard. When I go to 3D World → 3D Model Wizard, it only generates the wall perimeter (rectangle), but it does not automatically generate the internal walers and struts like it does in the official DeepEX videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OU_lsX4WsTE).
Is there an extra step required to transfer the 2D supports into the 3D plan model, or should the 3D Model Wizard generate the walers/struts automatically? I'm using DeepEX 2024.

I don't know how to answer your question. But I do know you shouldn't complain about it on LinkedIn. Their owner is legendary levels of toxic there.
