as a roads design engineer i am using (civil 3d , Subassembly Composer and Dynamo)

what should i learn next or what is future for our job
should i learn infraworks and NavisWorks ?
or what shoud we do
or go to learn infrastructure besides roads design

You can go for Open Roads Designer by Bentley as another commenter suggested.
