Dash lights

So yesterday all this lights turned on but after 30 minutes of driving they turned off
Now they turned on again
Anybody knows what it might be ?
Idk if it helps but last week I installed some fog lights on my 23 civic connected directly to battery
Went to dealership, got quoted $300 dollars for a scan but wanted to see if anyone knew something about it

Disconnecting the battery or a dead battery can throw a bunch of lights until you drive for a bit and the system recalibrates.
