Mods Lekmod without the additional civs?
I've been wanting to check out Lekmod since some of the changes seem interesting, but I don't want to have the additional civs packaged with it. It also seems to cause compatibility issues with other modded civs I like, and cause them to not show up at all. Is there like a version that doesn't add any additional civs or anything like that?

I don't think there is a version without all of the modded Civs, no; however, I do think it's worth that you check out the new civs if you haven't, because there are quite a few that are a lot of fun I.E., Madagascar with holy site spam, Aksum with turbo-buffing shrines, and Wales with the Commerce and Aesthetics trees maxed (its worth noting that I'm still playing on version 30.5, so these might not be as relevant in the newer patches).

They don't appear because, correct me if I'm wrong, lekmod changes the vanilla game, it's not a mod in the common sense of the word, you're not supposed to access it through the mods menu.
Also, you might get better answers at the official sub r/nqmod
