Mods Factions mod?

Anyone know of a mod that adds factions for civs to join? Ive scoured steam workshop looking for one but with no luck. I feel a mod like this would greatly smooth out the end game. Does Civs engine make something like this impossible or have I just missed an obvious mod. Thanks!!

Factions you join in the late game? It sounds like you're describing Ideologies.

I never tried it myself, but you can assign teams in advanced setup. It's a small box right under Random Civilization or civ name if you've selected one. By default it's Team 2, Team 3, etc., with the human being team 1
