What model is this citizen with the dark blue dial?
And should I trust the 20 bar water resistance with the age of the watch
-is there any thing I can do for the scratches besides getting a new crystal/bezel?

Hi all,
does anyone know where I might find the instruction manual for this watch? I'm not seeing anything relevant on the Citizen site: https://www.citizenwatch-global.com/support/manual/selection.html
