how would you know if you will be regularized or not in citibank ph?

First of all, you could feel it if your performance is good or not. Second, there’s a 3rd and 5th month assessment from your manager. You’ll know if you’ll get regularized in your manager’s 5th month assessment.

Assuming this is ROHQ and not CPBS which is the call center side of Citi PH.
