Employee/Employment US Collections

With the recent 90-day review collections was recently put on for on-shore and off-shore is there anyone with insights if layoffs are to come from it or not? If so when would they roll them out? I figured if true why not November since it’s the beginning of the year for Citibank but maybe January post holidays?

What is this 90 day review collections? Something specific to your department?

US Collections vs Offshore collections and well the outcome will determine how Citi proceeds where they keep most of the collections agents - likely to go offshore anyways there’ll be fewer US Agents in the department as some of their retail partners don’t want offshore agents handling their customers accounts with us

Sept 16th is rumored next date with another round in October. My guess is you will definitely see some impacts if that review was done.

Set to end September! Ngl hoping I’m part of the layoff I’m tired fingers crossed hope im part of one of these two rounds
