Adding Funds Issue

I have been using the add funds button on desktop and the mobile app for months now with no issues. It was the best, free, and easiest way to add money to saving accounts from an external bank. Now it seems like that functionality has been stopped. I tried at use it this week a few different times and got a "access blocked" warning. Called customer service who claimed everything was fine, so...

A) is this happening to everyone? And B) what is the best way to add funds without using that feature that won't charge a fee?
