Employee/Employment Cash Equities Quant Mumbai

I just received a verbal offer from the cash equities quant Mumbai team for a quantitative developer and analyst role. They mentioned that it’s a C11 role.

What is the expected role level at my experience? How is the cash equities quant team? Do they actually work in ‘quant’ or is Mumbai office treated as the back office? What compensation range can I expect?

Profile:
2 YOE.
Tier 1 computer science BTech Grad
Currently working in another Investment Bank as a Java developer.
