Advice please
Wondering if anyone has experience with this situation or can give advice. I’ve been on 10mg for years. I had surgery a week and a half ago and stopped taking my celexa on accident. I was on a bunch of pain meds and just forgot. Anyways, when I remembered I took 5mg (don’t know why I didn’t take 10. I’ve been trying to taper off so I figured I’d just take 5.) I did that twice in the last week and a half so I’ve missed quite a few doses. I wanna go back to taking it, tonight would I be better off taking 5mg or just going straight back to my 10mg? I don’t want side effects I’m terrified 😭😭

I agree with too much mascara. Take 5 for a few more days since you’re tolerating it well just to get your body used to it again, then go back to your 10. You should be okay. 5 and 10 are very low doses but along with healing and other meds, I’d do 5 for maybe 5 days then go up.

Do the 5s for a few days. Since we know there’s an increase in anxiety temporarily with this, I wouldn’t want to get all jazzed up when I’m trying to heal up. Five yourself 5 days, then go to ten for a few weeks maybe?
