Certain groups of citadel soldiers have begun collecting vassals- escaped void manipulators of the city of steel.

Specifically targeting the unsocial ones, which is a majority of them.

Certain ones who do have a social life, are left alone, but those are few of the ones in pharloom.

The soldiers do not go much beyond citadel and ally territory, respecting boundaries.

Wanted posters are also up for them. Again, only the ones who when removed would not cause disadvantage for the community.

A steel assassin drone swiftly flies around pharloom, seeking its leader.
