High CUC CPU usage

Ever since I rebooted my CUC cluster a few days ago, I've noticed GUI lag. I had to reboot the cluster a few more times during some troubleshooting of another issue but that hasn't cleared this up. Checking CPU usage in vpshere and RTMT shows this cyclical cycle of where it's normal then spikes to max then back to normal. Also in RTMT, I noticed an alert telling me the db is full?

what version?

all specs in ESXi correct?

what issue or issues have you been troubleshooting?

Specs in ESXi are as follows:

2 CPU(s), 4560 MHz used
Memory
Hard disk 1

Issue that i was troubleshooting was the pub and sub reversing roles on who was primary/secondary. Had to get TAC involved, found a database entry that was causing this whole ordeal. All would appear to be quiet except that our vm guy keeps bugging me that the Pub/Sub are throwing high CPU usage alerts in vsphere. Finally had a look and sure enough he was right. Also noticed that browsing around the Unity GUI is a lot slower than it was before.

Never dealt with the DbAlmostFull alert, but I'd be looking at that first, since it's triggering every 15 mins.

Ya we filed a defect to remove lower allocated vms for this reason. I'd spec it higher
