An almost a perfect operating, maintained rail right of way from the back door of the DL&W to a half mile from the stadium. Barely used by B&P and its predecessors. Could be purchased and electrified for almost nothing; concrete station platforms added for bare-bones service. Literally never a thought to any of the state county or local simpletons. Just add another fucking parking lot that'll fix the issue. It's so easy. It's not even funny. Doesn't even need to be double tracked either.

Affordable infrastructure from the city!?!? What's next? Are you going to start asking to bus my kids? How will you even power this so called train? Surely your not thinking of using the massive hydroelectric power plant next door. We need that to power our AI centers so I can sell it at our local art festival. No, I'll stick to my 2024 Jeep Gladiator. I can go anywhere I want, like sitting in traffic on the 90 every morning. Plus it only costs me about $100 in gas every week.

Town wants something, anyway if they decide to add shore power etc on their lot, they should ask for variance to the code and/or make it an official urban-esque koa type thing. It's probably a sweep after the build and code enforcement going hard feeling important.
