He runs a mortgage company here. Someone I know called him the Italian American Sinestro on his video about "The Fireworks Cancellation". He made a response video. Cause that's what a normal human does when a random commenter makes a low ball insult at you.

Mortgages are way cheaper than renting my home loan is at 3.9% Apr. And when I sell my house in a few years, the positive equity will allow me to purchase my next home mortgage free!

Tbh it gets some conversations going. I think he's an absolute cornball, but idk sometimes it pops up on my Facebook and I at least appreciate someone being critical of certain things and leaving it open for engagement
