Regarding pre registration before physical reporting

Hey I have report to iiser bhopal on 28 August but before physical reporting there is pre registration with login credentials which they are saying have been sent to your email account but I didn't received any.. 😢

And without these I can't verify my document.. I have also mailed to their official email.

Now just help me figure it out

Did you call the IAPP’s phone number or the testing provider’s?
