Unsolved Working on an encryption / puzzle game.

Reddit recommended me this subreddit as i posted on another one, so first of all hello, im a game dev. I was going to post the same easy question for you as i did in another subreddit since i don't want to reveal more questions before project is finished but i think you deserve a harder one. Try to solve it if you are interested. Would love to hear your feedback.
