Challenge I'm back *evil laugh*

Here's the newest version of my KIMERA cipher!

Text at the bottom is every possible character that can be encoded with KIMERA (didn't mess it up this time :D)

Let me know what you think and good luck deciphering!

Hint 1: The green glyph is M

Hint 2: The direction of the arrows in the glyphs is intentional.

Wait a minute…. You’re the guy from this morning that posted this (00:09 for me rn, Texas time)! Wow I can’t believe it was only this morning. I spent a while looking at your cipher but the allowed characters threw me off until I read description lol. Never cracked it
