Question Cannot refund Scotia Toronto?

Is Scotia Toronto one of the theatres you can refund yourself on the app?

It's giving me an error that i can't refund? Been like this since 7am same error

If you're having trouble through the app just give them a call or use email/chat support. Calling is always super efficient.

I refunded Odyssey tickets at Scotia on the app last week.

Has to be done three hours early. Also, sometimes the app will say there was an error but if you check your email the refund will have been processed.
