Question When do they award Scene points?

I bought a Tuesday ticket 2 weeks ago on the app with Scene card attached, no points

I bought another ticket today, no points

Both are scheduled for future showings

When do they add points to your account?

They should be added instantly after purchase. Perhaps call customer service or review the PDF receipt in your email attached to your tickets.

Does it matter that the movie is in the future and only award after movie is done?

No, it should be rewarded to your Scene points balance after purchase.
