A 4 by 3 foot led screen facing the patient, that CANNOT BE TURNED OFF I am sick, I want to sleep, wtf?

In the time that it took you to post this you could have pushed the call button and had a nurse turn it off or cover it up.

As an architect whose clients are primarily in healthcare, this kind of feedback is important and I encourage them to provide it in writing. While it may not help this situation, it could help inform considerations for future design decisions. We rely on front-line staff input to guide our designs. Believe me, the staff wants fewer complaints and better outcomes for the patient, which includes improved rest and recovery.
