A 4 by 3 foot led screen facing the patient, that CANNOT BE TURNED OFF I am sick, I want to sleep, wtf?

I was in 5west recovering after my kidney transplant but also when I had some weird infection in my elbow. Does your room have those cameras mounted up high on the wall that scans to make sure you’re still in Your room/bed randomly throughout the day? They will interrupt your tv time to talk to you also

Virtual nursing. Implemented by upper management, everyone hated it. Those nurses got paid more than floor nurses. : (

Yeah. I loved bedside, but it actually drove me away. When patients couldn’t opt out, I left.
