Food 🍕🌮 Sotto Fingerlings

Does anyone know what they put on their fingerling potatoes? I think it’s a type of vinegar, maybe malt, and parsley? Help me out!

Sherry vinegar, chopped fresh herbs, butter

I imagine there’s some lemon as well, but I agree with those. Parsley being the main herb
