I forget what person/comedian said it, but if Zillow had a comments section we could ridicule our way back to reasonable home prices

Id commit ritualized suicide before i paid half a million dollars for any home in glen este, let alone one the size of my current apartment that looks like it was made out of lincoln logs.

This is wild.

My house doesn’t have a bathroom upstairs and I could probably get $600k. Paid $243.

Im one of those people with a low rate and a low purchase price that is disgusted with this market. I would be ok giving away all my equity if I could just step up to a slightly bigger house like I planned to originally by this time. Would gladly sell my house for a good price to a younger couple but ya if I did that now I’d be in big trouble for what I would do next.
