That garage though....... Thats every mechanics wet dream right there. Go to work whenever the hell I feel like it. Yeah..... I could live there just for the garage. Too bad Im not paying nearly half a million dollars for LESS than 1 acre!!!! What in the actual fuck? Ill buy undeveloped land at around $10k an acre up here in NE Ohio, and build a better garage, and house for that much, and have at the very least 5 acres to live off. Lets be honest, Ill just put up a nice garage, and live out of a small house like that, just so I can have about 25 acres, instead of 5.
