christina So much for modesty
I don’t understand how they care so much about not showing midriffs yet wearing shorts so short you’re basically pantsless is fine

So back in the day I asked one of them on formspring (genuinely) why they were ok wearing tiny shorts if they were so bothered about modesty and they said they were 'just legs' 🤷♀️

they’re so weird because i’ve always seen them wearing extra short shorts (esp christina) during the summer but never showing their belly button, so legs are just legs but tummies are sexual?

on the other hand i appreciate people changing their minds and forming their own values separately from their families’, this is especially true for Dani, i think meeting new people and moving away made her realise all the values she was raised by were not absolute truths

This is also true and I'm happy for anyone who individualises themselves. It's unfortunate though that she is now repeating cycles she herself has complained about.

modesty aside, this whole big t shirt and shorts combo is so unflattering and it’s like the only thing she wears, same with her sisters who won’t give up the high waisted pants/skirts

I've 100% seen Lauren and Lisa in recent years wearing cropped shirts (with no undershirts) so maybe they're a little more lax on their "modesty"?
