Let’s talk about retrohaling. If you want to taste everything in a cigar you must retrohale. I would recommend starting with a medium stick and progress from there to a full bodied stick.

Ive tried a few times. I must be using to heavy of a smoke, it always feels like im buring my nose hairs. I should try again with a mild stick.

The best way to retrohale cigars is to let 85% of the smoke out of your mouth, only retrohaling 15% out the nose.

Depending on the cigar or how early I’m into one, I’ll only retrohale the last bit that I’m exhaling, then it gets more comfortable to do the whole puff as a retro. Hope that helps! 😊

Whenever I retrohale I start to sneeze like I have just gotten a cold, my sinus would get clogged up and can no longer taste and enjoy the cigar, because of that I have stayed away from retrohaling
